We also run summer fitness experiences in parks of London like Hampstead Heath & Finsbury Park.

our signature group class: run + strength.interval & strength training using the whole body. improve your cardio, strength & power in the embrace of mother nature and feel amazing.we run our park workout class on Tues & Weds weekday evenings, and Friday and Saturday mornings.we work hard, play harder and move wild.
rotate between strength exercises and running (*non-running options are available)
every class has a different focus across endurance, explosive power and strength as well as upper/lower body & core
for the strength blocks, we use the park terrain and equipment ranging from sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells & ropes as well as our bodyweight
we meet you at your fitness level and adapt as required
