I honestly didn't think I would enjoy outdoor fitness this much! I was worried it wouldn't be as physically challenging as the other big London workouts, but had a really great coach who pushed me hard and still kept it fun

1. what fitness level do I need?workouts can be scaled up or down according to your level. we want you to enjoy working out - pushing yourself is part of that but we design the workouts to find the right intensity for you.2. are there options if you don't want to run?yes, there is the option to do strength blocks only / circuit training for those unable to run or who want to focus on getting stronger in the class.3. what do I need to bring?a bottle of water and trainers suitable for running on tarmac or grass, and always a sense of adventure.4. I'm training for an event (Hyrox, marathon, Tough Mudder, Spartan etc) - will this be suitable?our signature class, park workout, is a perfect base to build the endurance, strength and power needed for fitness racing and running events. if you reach out to us, we can tell you which classes are most suitable for you each week depending on your training block / split so you can get the most bang for your buck.5. will you be adding more types of classes?yes! watch this space as we add different ways for you to move wild in London.6. how does the wild summer membership work?our rolling monthly membership for unlimited class credits every month and 2 free guest passes each month.

terms and conditions.by purchasing, booking, or attending any wild x co session, you agree to the following:1. bookings & purchases
all bookings (single classes, class packs, intro offers, and memberships) are non-refundable and non-transferable. payment confirms your place and creates a binding agreement between you and wild x co. prices, offers, and availability may change at any time.2. class types & validity
single classes are valid for one session only.
class packs must be used within the stated time period and unused classes will expire and cannot be extended.
intro offers (including 2 week unlimited) are valid from the date of first booking, cannot be paused or extended, and may be withdrawn if abused (including use of multiple accounts).
memberships are charged on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. any minimum commitment period must be honoured.3. cancellations & no shows
you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit or a charge equivalent to the session value.4. arrival & participation
please arrive on time. sessions start promptly and late arrivals may not be admitted.5. outdoor training & weather
wild x co operates outdoors. sessions run in most weather conditions, including rain. we may modify the session format or location depending on conditions. if conditions are unsafe, we may cancel the session. in this case, you will be offered a credit or reschedule.6. health & responsibility
you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and take full responsibility for your health. you participate at your own risk and accept the possibility of injury, illness, or death. wild x co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your belongings.7. conduct
we reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.8. refunds
all purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. we do not offer refunds for missed sessions, expired class packs, or change of mind.9. changes to services
we may change class times, locations, instructors, pricing, or these terms at any time. continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.10. participant waiver & release of liabilityby booking or attending any wild x co session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:you understand that wild x co sessions involve physical activity, including running, strength training, and outdoor terrain, which carry inherent risks.you acknowledge that these risks may include, but are not limited to:
injury, illness, falls, collisions, equipment-related injury, environmental hazards, and in extreme cases, serious injury or death.you confirm that:
you are physically fit and able to participate in the session
you have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation
you will inform the coach of any relevant injuries or conditionsyou accept full responsibility for your participation and agree that you are taking part entirely at your own risk.to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and discharge wild x co, its coaches, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.you agree that wild x co is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.you consent to receive first aid or emergency treatment if required during a session.you acknowledge that sessions take place outdoors and involve variable terrain and weather conditions, and you accept all associated risks.you grant permission for wild x co to use photos or videos taken during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.by attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.11. contact
